Crana Electric, Inc. was contracted to complete the entire electrical scope for Costco Wholesale’s Flagship Manhattan store. The project, totaling 125,000sq feet, with 24 foot ceilings, featured new electrical distribution system, lighting and power. Crana Electric, Inc. also installed a full control system and fire alarm. This fast track project was completed in 12 weeks.

Crana Electric was contracted to complete three interior fit-outs for renowned retailers, Best Buy, Bed, Bath &  Beyond and Marshalls. The project, a total of 119,000 sq feet, features a new electrical distribution system, lighting and power, including phone and data cabling. Crana Electric, Inc.  also installed a full control system and fire alarm. This fast track project was completed on-time by Crana Electric’s experienced team.

The core of this on-going project is to install a complete 200kw backup generator with several automatic transfer switches. In the Lobby, 2nd  floor,  and 3rd floor, a total renovation of electrical lighting and power is underway. From floors 3 through 17 Crana Electric will upgrade all electrical and power in the corridors, and provide a power riser for the fire alarm. New lighting and power are being installed in the sub-basement and basement areas and exit and emergency back up lighting to be provided in both areas. North and West stairways are to receive new back-up emergency lighting.

Crana Electric, Inc. was  contracted to complete all the electrical wiring on this $65million renovation to one of New York’s City’s famous landmarks. The scope of the renovations include a complete renovation of electrical distribution, lighting and power, including television and phone and data cabling. Crana Electric, Inc. diligently communicated with the CM on a daily basis to maximize coordination and to ensure the hotel remained open for business.

The historic art-deco tower rises 37 stories with  485 residences.  This highly impressive accommodation features an integrated IPod audio system in every unit, one of the first developments in Manhattan to do so. The many amenities that Crana Electric, Inc. performed work on included entry foyer, lobby, library, billiards room, “Harbor Room”, “Sky Deck”, “The Café”, “The Gym” and “The Courtyard”. 

Among a vast array of distinguished characteristics throughout the project, the lobby features an elaborate dimming system while the façade of the building has illumining LED lighting. Crana Electric, Inc completed this project with glowing references from the developers.

This complete renovation of a high-tech arts venue project featured new electrical distribution, lighting and power. Also featured in this project are a computer-controlled lighting system and a complete new fire alarm system. Crana Electric, Inc. worked hand-in-hand with Port Authority and Con-Edison for the  new electrical service on this project.

Tides, a not-for-profit organization, based right in the New York Stock Exchange district was a complete renovation of a  70,000 square foot area, over 3 floors. Crana Electric, Inc’s ability to supply heavy manpower for a labor intensive, accelerated schedule completed the entire renovation for electrical distribution, lighting and power within 12 weeks.

This total renovation of existing office space for New York University features a complete new lighting system, an overhaul of lighting and power, plus a fire alarm upgrade on the entire 6th floor.

Work is performed during business hours with no disruption to other floors.

This 37,000 square foot, 16 stories, 14 condominium unit building was completed from the ground up.

This project required maximum coordination due to logistical constraints and several design changes. This project featured a custom light package throughout and a state of the art security system and access system.

This prestigious 150,000 square foot, 12 story flagship condominium project consisted of almost 150 units. Finished to the highest standard this was a design build project with a complete new 4,000 amp service from PSE&G and the installation of a complete new lighting and power system. A new fire alarm system was installed and outdoor lighting put the finishing touch to the outdoor and underground car park.
